4:57 p.m. on July 14, 2008 Everyone is dumb but me. Not really but I wanna say that when it comes to work. Girl at work who I was helping out is trying to shaft me. She gives me shit that is half done. I have to go in an figure out what the hell is going on and she tell my supervisor that she is concerned with the detail of my work. When you haver 300 - 600 claims working in 3 different offices, with three different people and they are all doing something different there is going to be some disconnect. My supervisor today talked to me and asked me what was going on. I have never been properly trained and it seems like the only time people have time to show me shit is when she is around. So if I dont know something its not my fault. I can pretty much figure a lot of things out, Im just annoyed that there is no stability in my job. I have no set rules shit is hella ambiguous and Im supposed to be perfect. I told my supervisor I fucked up once and all of a sudden its the end of the world and Im lacking in detail? Is that how it works? Then she tells me... you can always come to me shoot me a email or stop by if you have questions. I sent her fucking ass a email and she tells me to ask one of the specialist. ... Well if Im not a specialist what the fuck am I ? Yeah so guess I wont be asking her anymore questioins that I can shoot to "other" specialist. I never ask her shit cause she to busy to handle her own work flow. So what ever. Shes full of it. If I was a spy for the department Id tell on everybody.
